By ordering from Coggins Audio Ltd, you agree to the Terms Of Purchase as set out herein in conjunction with this Site’s Terms Of Use.

Acceptance Of Order
By placing an order online you make an offer to purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Coggins Audio Ltd will acknowledge receipt of your order both online during the checkout process and via an email order confirmation but this does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Your offer has been accepted only when we have confirmed that your order has been shipped.

Description Of Products
Coggins Audio Ltd take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and photographs of products within the store are accurate and up-to-date. However, from time to time errors may occur, alterations may be made to products, colours within photographs may be affected by the settings of the device on which it is viewed, etc. Therefore, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy of details, descriptions and photographs of products within the store.

Pricing Of Products
All prices are in pounds sterling. Coggins Audio Ltd take all reasonable care to ensure that prices within the store are accurate. However, from time to time errors may occur and where such errors occur we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and present it at the correct price. If you have placed an order at the incorrect price, we will inform you of the error and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.

Availability Of Goods
Stock levels are constantly changing so all items are offered subject to availability.

Products are hand-made to order, but we aim to dispatch within 45 days maximum from receipt of payment, although there may be occasions when delays may occur.

Delivery is offered worldwide and shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches their country and the customer is responsible for the payment of these.

When placing your order you can opt to have your order delivered to a different address (ie your work address, friend or relative) if it is unlikely someone will be home to receive your parcel. Note: If you request your parcel is left in a safe location at a property this is entirely at your own risk and Coggins Audio Ltd and its couriers will not be liable for any parcel that goes missing after delivery is made where such instructions are given.

Shortages Or Damages In Delivery
If you believe that there are shortages in the number of products contained in a delivery or if any damage has occurred to the product(s) in transit you must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the product(s).

Ownership Of The Goods
Ownership of the product(s) ordered shall be transferred to the customer once the product(s) have been delivered.

Cancellation Of Order
Coggins Audio Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason whereupon you will be issued with a full refund of product and any delivery charge paid.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days following receipt and inspection of the product(s) – see returns information below.

Coggins Audio Ltd offers 14 days approval on products purchased within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s). Products posted for return later than 30 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.

When inspecting the product(s) you should not remove any tags from the product, soil, use or damage the product. You have a duty of care to return the item and its associated packaging in a good, re-saleable condition. Coggins Audio Ltd reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund amount or reject the return where any product is deemed to be soiled, damaged, used or not in a re-saleable condition.

You shall be responsible for the costs of returning the product and it is recommended that you use a tracked delivery service with adequate insurance cover based on the value of the product(s) returned as Coggins Audio Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any products returned and not received.

Rejected Returns
Products posted for return later than 14 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.

Rejected returns will be held for a period of 7 days from the customer being notified of the rejected return within which time the customer should arrange for the item to be collected or make payment of a delivery charge for the item to be returned to them.

Faulty Products
In the case of products believed to be faulty please contact us with a description and photo of the fault. Coggins Audio Ltd will then advise on the course of action to be taken.

A repair, replacement or refund will only be offered after the product has been inspected by Coggins Audio and only if Coggins Audio deem that the product is faulty due to defective workmanship or materials and their decision is final. If we deem that there is no fault with the product and any damage is due to misuse, neglect, lack of care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear then the return of the product to you will be subject to a delivery cost.

Collection Of Personal Information
Coggins Audio Ltd will collect personal data (your name, address, email address and telephone number) when you make a purchase from our store in order to process your order, communicate with you about your order and to arrange delivery with a postal or courier service. Personal details will be passed to online card processing services such as Paypal or Stripe in order to process your payment during the checkout process.

Payment is accepted by BACs, card or paypal. Online payments are processed via Paypal or Stripe with card details entered directly onto Paypal’s and Stripe’s secure servers from within pages of this website. Coggins Audio Ltd does not have access to and do not store card details.

Coggins Audio Ltd takes no responsibility for the misuse of any product sold.

Law & Jurisdiction
All goods are sold under English law and any disputes arising in connection with your purchase will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
